There is a 15% BUYERS PREMIUM on all purchases and SALES TAX applied unless a tax exempt form has been submitted 24 hours prior to the start of the auction closing. See Terms and Conditions for details on how to submit tax exempt form. Please update your CREDIT CARD information for each auction. If your credit card does not process on the night the auction closes, you must contact us to arrange PAYMENT of your invoice PRIOR TO PICK UP. If you have not arranged payment via credit card within 24 hours of the Pick up date, you must bring cash or check as your form of payment to pick up your items. Your winning email and invoice sent after the auction closing notifies you to the status of your payment, stating 'PAID IN FULL' or 'BALANCE DUE'. The auction will begin closing on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2026 at 7 PM at the rate of 3 lots every minute. A PREVIEW is available for the MOTORCYCLE ONLY (Lot 298) on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 4 from 3 to 5 PM at 131 Marchants Lane, Mathews, VA 23109. Interested parties MUST CALL or TEXT Rebecca at 804-815-9199 to make arrangements to Preview the motorcycle. ** TAKE NOTE in the listing descriptions for LARGE items as to whether they are LOCATED on the 2nd FLOOR of the house **  Buyer is responsible to remove items, you must bring required equipment (i.e., hand cart or dolly) and help; staff on site are only available to help locate your items. If you do not bring adequate help to remove larger items, you will forfeit your purchase and will not receive a refund. PICK UP for this auction will be on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14 from 9 AM to 1 PM ONLY at 131 Marchants Lane, Mathews, VA 23109 and by appointment only. Look for updates or changes to Pick up days and times in case of inclement weather being forecasted; determination will be made at the discretion of the auctioneer and an announcement will be made closer to the day the auction starts to close.  Be sure to read the complete TERMS and CONDITIONS for each auction.
