There is a 15% BUYERS PREMIUM on all purchases and SALES TAX applied unless a tax exempt form has been submitted 24 hours prior to the start of the auction closing. See Terms and Conditions for details on how to submit tax exempt form. Please update your CREDIT CARD information for each auction. If your credit card does not process on the night the auction closes, you must contact us to arrange PAYMENT of your invoice PRIOR TO PICK UP. If you have not arranged payment via credit card within 24 hours of the Pick up date, you must bring cash or check as your form of payment to pick up your items. Your winning email and invoice sent after the auction closing notifies you to the status of your payment, stating 'PAID IN FULL' or 'BALANCE DUE'. The auction will begin closing on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2026 at 7 PM at the rate of 5 lots every minute. THERE IS NO PREVIEW FOR THIS AUCTION.   IMPORTANT INFO about ITEM REMOVAL:  Buyer is responsible to remove items, you must bring required equipment (i.e., hand cart or dolly) and help; staff is only available to assist in locating your items. If you do not bring adequate help to remove larger items, you will forfeit your purchase and will not receive a refund. In this auction, Lots 433 through 479 are located on the SECOND FLOOR of the home. Larger pieces of furniture are specifically noted in their individual lot descriptions. You must bring your own dolly or hand cart for removal of the larger and heavy OUTDOOR PLANTERS and GARDEN STATUES.  PICK UP for this auction will be on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31 from 9 AM to 1 PM ONLY at Laurel Path Road, Yorktown, VA 23692 and by appointment only. ** Look for updates or changes to Pick up days and times in case of inclement weather being forecasted; determination will be made at the discretion of the auctioneer and an announcement will be made closer to the day the auction starts to close.**  Be sure to read the complete TERMS and CONDITIONS for each auction.
