Pick up DATE and TIME: Saturday, October 31 from 9 AM to 1 PM ONLY and by appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping is NOT available. Do not bid or participate if you cannot arrange to have your items picked up on the scheduled day and time. ** Look for updates or changes to Pick up days and times in case of inclement weather being forecasted; determination will be made at the discretion of the auctioneer and an announcement will be made closer to the day the auction starts to close.** YOU MUST SIGN UP for an available PICK UP TIME SLOT using the link provided in your winning email and invoice and arrive in that SCHEDULED Pick up TIME, this is a first-come basis. The SignUpGenius link is also posted on the Roane's Antiques Estate Sales Facebook page. You should receive an email confirmation of your scheduled Pick up day and time.  SignUpGenius TIPS: Sign up early to get the best option of time slot. If you win an extensive list of items, sign up for more than one adjacent time slot and early enough to have all your items picked up by the end of the Pick up schedule. Pick up LOCATION: The address is Laurel Path Road, Yorktown, VA 23692 When arriving at your scheduled Pick up time, CHECK IN with staff at the HOUSE to receive other instructions depending on what items you are picking up.   IMPORTANT INFO about ITEM REMOVAL:  Buyer is responsible to remove items, you must bring required equipment (i.e., hand cart or dolly) and help; staff is only available to assist in locating your items. If you do not bring adequate help to remove larger items, you will forfeit your purchase and will not receive a refund. In this auction, Lots 433 through 479 are located on the SECOND FLOOR of the home. Larger pieces of furniture are specifically noted in their individual lot descriptions. You must bring your own dolly or hand cart for removal of the larger and heavy OUTDOOR PLANTERS and GARDEN STATUES.  Bring whatever you need to safely remove your items from the location, including adequate MANPOWER, MOVING EQUIPMENT (i.e., hand cart or dolly), TOOLS, WRAPPING MATERIALS, BOXES and BAGS, etc.  Bring your INVOICE with you to Pick up to help verify your purchases. You can print out a copy of your invoice OR your invoice is always accessible in the auction app on your phone (ACCOUNT/BILLING). You are responsible for identifying and gathering your purchases after check in, staff is only available to help locate your items. Follow the particular instructions in your email, invoice and in the SignUpGenius link, as well as on site the day of to avoid delays in the Pick up process. If you do not adhere to the rules of the auction Pick up, you will be blocked from bidding in future auctions.
